The DRS virtual data room is the software solution for transaction and life cycle due diligence, provides controlled and secure access to sensitive documentation.
Our solution is a dedicated application, accessed via a one-time download independent of other systems or browsers on your computer. Therefore, no installation of plug-ins is required. In fact, you will not experience any installation of any kind. Additionally, our unique approach to security ensures that no temporary files are saved on your computer and that no data is stored in the Windows Registry. Drooms® is also available as app for iPad and iPhone.
